Outdoor Bar Area

This backyard flagstone patio is complete with a natural stone two-tiered bar built with six-inch Bruce Peninsula natural slabs as counter tops. It stretches eight feet long with a four foot return and sits under a contemporary pergola for shade.

This backyard oasis area was completed in full by J&J Masonry. A perfect example of how a small outdoor space can be turned into a luxury area to relax. Completed with a stone patio, fireplace and BBQ, timber pergola with floating centre and LED pot lights and landscaping, it really is a luxurious space to be enjoyed during the warmer months.

Kitchen Backsplash

A backsplash built out of natural Virginia ledgestone to match the living room's fireplace. Tying in two rooms with stone is a beautiful way to bring separate rooms together into one open and beautiful living space.

Stone Home

This 100 plus-year-old home received a major facelift using a man-made stone veneer product. The entire exterior of the original home was covered as well as the steps and surrounding posts.

Stone Garage

Beside the home in picture 17 is this beautiful matching triple-car garage. Built out of the same stone veneer with three arches over the garage doors and a gothic arch over the loft window.

Front Entrance

Natural blue fieldstone was used to accent the entrance of this home along with stucco pillars and a new railing system on the balcony. See picture six for the matching stone in the backyard of this home.

Stone Home

This war-time home was given a facelift using natural cobblestone and square-cut Bruce Peninsula stone on the edges. Covering an existing red brick, the five different types of stone used were hand-selected and designed to give this home an old-world look.

Basement Bar

This bar was built with a surrounding wall using a Key West blend of natural stone veneer. Two floating shelves sit admidst the stone work while a contemporary design was used for the bar itself.

Stone Sofa Table

This sofa table was built using a blend of river rock and cobblestone in multiple colours. Built with only one thing in mind - creativity - it displays a wild array of patterns and colours throughout.

Basement Bar

An ashlar cut grey stone and wooden bar top were the materials used to build this fantastic area to entertain guests.

A sofa table built specifically out of natural stone to house wine.

Chimney

A brick chimney with natural stone slabs used as shoulders and for a cap.

Stone Arch

An arch built into the top portion of a fireplace sunken in to create a unique look. This fireplace is the centrepiece of a luxurious estate home.

Outdoor fireplace

Designed to mimic the fireplace gathering areas from South Africa, this fireplace is built out of a natural stone slab and is surrounded by natural flagstone and a curved dry stack stone wall with cantilevered stone seating.

Sofa Table

This sofa table was designed to house 24 bottles of wine while maintaining a contemporary look in the front entrance of this luxury country-style bungalow.

Stone Chimney

Although not originally built by J&J Masonry, this stone chimney was struck by lightning and completely destroyed from the roof line up. By carefully matching the stone and doing test trials with different mortars, we were able to restore this beautiful chimney to its original glory.

This elegant dining area was built with two stone arches entering from both sides. Using a fieldstone veneer imported from Wisconsin, we created this beautiful look which matched the living room fireplace and the island in the kitchen.

Stone island

This fieldstone island matches the dining room beside it (see pictures 30 & 31) and stretches nine feet long.

Stone and Timber Home

The front exterior of this home was designed to incorporate natural wooden timbers and stone. Pillars, stone and brick create a masterpiece for an entrance.

Bannis Stone Entrance

Bannis stone was used to build this stunning entrance. A black slate retaining wall, grey Bannis square-cut flagstone and full-sized slabs for steps built this luxurious entrance.

Live-edge Harvest Table

This nine foot long harvest table was built using a butternut tree. A matching bench sits parallel one side of this 3.5" thick gorgeous dining room showpiece.
